For years, I received the same canned responses from personality type tests. They were all a variation of, “you are creative, therefore, you should be an interior designer.” As young would-be change makers eager to contribute something meaningful to our world and to embody our values–or anyone seeking to function at his or her best–self-knowledge is essential. The Enneagram Typology system, I would argue, is the best tool for the job.
